A SECRET MEMORANDUM
SENSATION IN ITALIAN PARLIAMENT. (ENITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received March 8, 11.30 a.m.) ROME, 7th March. Deputy Bevione created a sensation in Parliament by reading a secret memorandum from the Jugo-Slavs to President Wilson in May, 1918, urging an attack upon the Austrian naval ports by Allies excluding Italy, and also urging America to rofuse financial and commercial help to Italy.
