TIMARU, 14th February. The body of a man, apparently between 35 and 40 years of age, was found this evening tangled in kelp in the water just outside the breakwater. The deceased was fully clad, and in his pocket? were a-i letter addressed to James Caithness, Manchester-street, Christah-urch, and a military, enrolment card indicating that he was a farmer of Evansdale. A bottle containing whisky was also found in his pocket.
