AGITATORS THWARTED
SEATTLE STRIKERS UNSUPPORTED
(BISTER'S TELMRAK.I NEW YORK, llth February. The general strike at Seattle has been cancelled by the unions, whose national leaders repudiated sympathy with the strike. , The Mayor, Mr. Hanson, claims that he has thwarted the revolution and reign of terror which he charges tho Bolshevik and I.W.W. agitators with instigating. He says the conspirator* hoped tho disorders would spread to every city in America, and finally overthrow the Government.
At Tacoma and San Francisco the Labour Party declined to support the Seattle strikers .
