SYDNEY, This Day. The Commonwealth authorities have decided to prosecute the health officers at Sydney and Brisbane for boarding vessels flying the quarantine flag without obtaining permission from the Commonwealth.

Fifteen new influenza, cases are reported, including one at Penrith and one at Culcairn.

SYDNEY, 12th February. Eight cases of influenza and one death were reported to-day.

Twenty tramcars and a number rf railway carriages have been fitted as itfcalation chambers ready for emergency.
