PARIS, 27th December. The Paris newspapers sharply criticis* M. Pichon's announcement that the Allies are unwilling to despatch large forcal to Russia. It is pointed out that theEsthonians have been left defenceless against the Bolsheviks owing to the re. treat of the German troops and the I* moval of supplies by them.
