NEW YORK, 23rd December.

Dr. Lazevert, who admits that he was one of Rasputin's slayers, has -left en route for Russia in order to assist in the formation of a. new Government at Odessa. With Allied aid it is hoped to establish an army based on Odessa with which to stamp out the Bolsheviks.
