AERIAL LOSSES
AMERICAN FIGURES. (AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received December 24, 9 a.m.) * NEW YORK, 23rd December. The War Department has announced that up to the signing of the armistice, the Americans brought down 854 German aeroplanes and 85 bailoons. The American losses were 271 aeroplanes and 45 balloons.
