POSTPONEMENT OF CONFERENCE

Reports from Paris state that M. Marcel Hut-in says that the preliminary Peace Conference has been postponed till the beginning of February at the earliest, owing to President Wilson's visit to England and My. Lloyd George's Cabinet reconstruction.
