MINATUEB RIFLE ASSOCIATION
The competition for the Osmond Champion Cup has now been completed, Mr. V W. Venimore, of the Railway Club, being the winner. Mr. Venimore shot consistently throughout, securing the aggregate of 770 out of the possible of 800. Mr. F. Porteous, ' also of the Railway Club, was ruoner-up with an aggregate of 763. The highest scores in the final round were :—Venimore 100, Cook 97, Porteous 96, Childs 95. The competition for the Osmond Rose Bowl has also been completed, the winner being Mrs. Wild, of the Petone Ladies' Club, who secured tho aggregate ot 530 out of a possible 560. Mrs. Wild shot very consistently throughout, and thoroughly deserved her' win. The highest scores in the final round were :—Mrs. Fuller 67, Mrs. Wild 65, Miss Wakelin 65, Miss Coningham 65. The highest aggregates aro ; —Mrs. Wild {Petone Ladies), 530 ; Mrs. Fuller (Petone Ladies), 526; Miss Coningham (Women's National Deserve), 523; Miss Wakelin (Petone Ladies), 520.
