CONTROL OF FINLAND
■THROWING OFF THE GERMAN YOKE.
(AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received December 24, 10 a.m.) NEW YORK, 23rd December. The Washington correspondent of the New York Times says it is officially announced that Finland will apparently throw off 'German' rule. Relief shipments will be sent from the United States.
