THE PEOPLE'S GUARD
GERMANY'S STRENGTH INCREASED. LONDON, 23rd December. Tire Daily Mail's Copenhagen correspondent says that the German Government has accepted yon Hondenburg's plan' to form a People's Guard or National Army. It is said that Germany, under this "plan, will he a stronger force than ever. All the officers have received instructions to keep the details secret.
