QUEEN'S THEATRE.
The screen writings of Maibelle Johnson, who has furnished the for "Durand of the Bad Lands," how showing at the Queen's Theatre, Cuba-street, are remarkable for character and liveliness of humour. Both theso traits are noticoable in this offering. Its hero, Duraud, is played in a finished manner by Diistin Farnum. There is a good deal of "freshness" in the production, which relieves it from the. usually very melodramatic nature of Wild West plays. The I scenery of the district in which the play takes place is very beautiful. The supporting items are good. ' j j j j j '
