LONDON UNIVERSITY SCHEME.

The University of London has drafted a schsnle for instituting a Degree of Commerce. Meanwhile the Leeds University has established a three years' special diploma course in. textiles, to include economics and languages; tie third year will be spent at some colonial or foreign university.
