BREACH OF NEUTRALITY.
A U-BOAT'S MISTAKE.

COPENHAGEN, 12th July. A German submarine, off Risor, and insid^ territorial waters, stopped the Norwegian steamer Hank and placed a prize crew -on board; but a Norwegian torpedo boat came up, replaced the German crew on board the submarine, and towed the steamer into harbour.
