PETROGRAD, 20th February. ■ There are indications that Trotsky has already replied to Germany's peace demands, which included the retention of Poland, Lithuania, and Moon Islands, and the payment of an indemnity of 800 millions sterling. Probably the indemnity wilFbe reduced by half.
