LONDON. 17th February.
Many Poles in England are. signing a protest against peace with the Ukraine, as it violates self-determination.
Even the Frankfurter Zeitung confesses that a forced and isolated peace by chicanery ■ from which the other nations would withhold will load Germany with hatred.
