CLYDE ENGINEERS' RESOLUTION
REPUDIATED.

. f : , 'LONDON, 17th February. The York, Manchester,' and Newcastle 1 committees of the Federation of Engineering and Shipbuilding Trades have passed a resolution repudiating the Clyde committees' resolution.'
[A conference of the Clyde committees of the Engineering and Shipbuilding Federation "met at Glasgow in January a'nd^considered the new man-power proposals. It was resolved to instruct the executive council to request the Government'to withdraw the new Man-Power Bill-before the end of January. Failing, this, they would ask the Clyde, members to 'down took. The conference also aeked the Government to call an international conference to discuss peace.]
