(PUBLISHED IK THE TIKES.)

. ' LONDON, 3rd Auguit. The Times correspondent with Bussian-South-Western Headquarters, cabling on 30th July, says : "The rupture on_ the front has been mended. The Prussian Guards': attacks north of Tarnopol were repulsed with heavy losses. The German a&ffensiveia apparently directed towards Kemenetz, Podolsk, and Odessa."
