A case was heard in the Petone Magistrate's Gmrt this morning, before Mr. L/ G. Beid, S.M., under clause 43 of the IJilitarv Service Act. J. T. M'Kelvie. a military reservist, was proceeded against for failing 1 to notify the Government Statistician of his change of address . The police stated that accused should have known of his liability, as noticed have been freely posted up. Ac ctised was fined 20s, with 7s costs. Mr. W. T.
