(IX TkLECRATB.--PREB3 ASSOCIATION,) GREYMOUTH, This Day. For the second day's racing of the Greymouth J.C.,'Meeting the attendance is poor, owing to no train service to the club's course at Omoto. The weather is fine though threatening. The track is on the heavy side. Results : —
Flying Handicap; five furlongs.— Epworth, 8.5, 1; Golden Morn, 9.10, 2: Listen, 8.11, 3. Scratched—Florence. Won by three lengths. Time, lmin 7 l-ssec.
Ngahere Hack Handicap; six furlongs.— Pall Mall, 7-12, 1; Tantalus, 8.12, 2; Kiltess, 10.0, 3. Won by half a length. Time, lmin 22 4-ssec.
