THE GALLANT 29th DIVISION

LONDON, 25th April. Sir lan Hamilton, at the unveiling of a memorial to the 29th Division in Eltham Church, told how the division fought incessantly at Gallipoli. The casualties were over thrice its ; full strength. The division was still fighting in France. No soldiers were more gallant. It was characteristic of them that they did not mention their own deeds, but the Anzacs' bayonet charges.
