BERNE, 25th April.
Twenty thousand Servians revolted in the Nish, Kravia, and Lekovatz districts against the Bulgarian measures for compulsory recruiting.
The leader Kosta escaped to the mountains with four thousand followers.
The remainder of the insurgents were subsequently exterminated or imprisoned.
