SUGGESTED MEANS OF DESTRUCTION. (Received April 26, 9 a.m.) LONDON, 25th April. Lord Calthorpe proposes that the Allied aeroplanes should drop fjre.balls in the Rhine Valley and on the Hungarian Plains to destroy crops, as these are like tinder when ripS. The apparatus apd experiments must be made immediately, as the rye harvest in Germany begins.in June.
