PROBABLE ADVANCES TO ITALY AND RUSSIA

WASHINGTON, 25th April. The United States will loan the British Government 200 million dollars immediately out of the 250 millions just raised. It is expected first to issue a loan for two billions, giving tho subscribers four months to pay th© bonds in instalments. The Government is considering financial advances to Italy and Russia.
