Parcels for despatch by steamers and trains, with the exception of the usual, ferry steamers for Southern offices, close at. the Chief Post Office, Wellington, one hour before the advertised times of closing of mails The parcel post mail per Main Trunk Express closes at the C.P.O. at li; 30 a.m., and for the South per>Ferry steamer at 5.45 p.m. Late letters for .mails beyond the Dominion cannot in future be posted on the steamer, but must be posted in the late-letter postingbox at the Chief Post Office up to the appointed time shown on the mail, notice The advertised time for closing mails by steamers! are liable to alteration (earlier or later) at any moment ■ : ' ■ A.
