FRENCH TOWN IN FLAMES.

PARIS, 24th April. , An enormous fire is raging in Valence. One whole .district of the town lias been burned. Firemen were summoned from Lypns, 58 miles away.
[Valence is, a town of .about 20,000 inhabitants, and is situated on the Rhone, 100 miles from its mouth and 58 miles south of Lyons.]
