POSITION IN WELLINGTON
The immediate cause of panic having been -removed, the coal trade position is rapidly becoming normal. Practically no stocks are available, but there is not now the pressing demand for them since even the. most apprehensive people are satisfied that the trouble- is over ._ Restrictions imposed by the municipality and at the request of the Mayor and council will be continued for a few days till the arrival of further coal supplies finally makes them unnecessaiy .
