LONDON; 23rd April, n Before the Prize Court,* Command-, ers Fitzmaurice and Maxwell claimed 1 £6000 head money. At the capture of ; Tsingtao, after the bombardment, it was found that seven German warships had been sunk. Commanders Fitzmaurice and ■ Maxwell's vessels, the' Triumph an 4 the Usk, were the only British representatives^ with the Japanese fleet.' It was impossible to say whether- a ship was sunk by gunfire or scuttled. Commander FitzmauTJce gave evidence that he was unable to give particulars, as his papers were lost when the Triumph foundered (off, Gallipoli) in 1915. Judgment was reserved* .-
