(»X TELE6HAPE.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) ASHBURTON, 24th April. Owing to the decision of the Railway Department not to carry racehorses, the Ashburton Racing Club has decided to abandon its Winter Meeting, which was to have been held next^month.
