TWO ALLEGED BREACHES.

Two informations under the War Regulations Act will come on for hearing before the Magistrate's Court- at Wellington during next week.v The .Crown Law Office has issued an information against Ivan Levy for allegedly publishing information in respect to the armament of the naval forces of His Majesty. The case has been set down for hearing on Monday.

The second information is against Scoullar and Co., of Wellington, who are charged with an alleged breach of contract for the supply of mattresses for the troops.
