ANOTHER YEAR OF WAR
GERMANY QUITE PREPARED,
COPENHAGEN, 4th September. Herr Ballin, interviewed, said that the war would last another. year. Germany was quite prepared. Her fleet of merchantment had greatly increased, and the German navy and air fleet would be more active than ever.
