EMPRESS THEATRE.

The stirring drama, " The Fighting Chance," from the book by Robert \V. Chambers, continues to draw large audiences at the Empress Theatre. The acting is excellent, whilst the splendid photography, and the simple, strong, coherent story stamp the picture as one of the most- interesting of the presentday productions. , The Vitagraph comedy, Jack-Hash Magnate," is screamingly funny, and keeps the audience merry throughout. The French official war films, the Path? Gazette, and the Topical Gazette are very instructive and entertaining. The programme will be changed on Saturday.
