RUMANIA MUCH IMPRESSED
OPPOSITION URGES INTERVENTION

LONDON, 27th June.
It is reported from Bucharest that; the Russian successes have made a great impression in Rumania. The opposition urges intervention, and the idea of a Turkish-Rumanian commercial agreement has been abandoned. ' Bulgaria's obstinacy in continuing to close the frontier is creating a most unfavourable impression in official circles.
