IMPERIAL CHEESE
MEETING OF FACTORY DIRECTORS.
(BY TELEGRAPH.—SPECIAL TO THB POST.) -: PALMERSTON N., This Day.
At a meeting of cheese factory directors last night, in camera, it was decided to offer the Government the whole of the cheese output on the basis of'BJd, or,, as an alternative, that half the cheese be exported at Bd, the .:. other half to be exported solely in the producers' interest, to get what he can for it at market prices, but the understanding is that the Imperial Government has first call upon any qi^antity required at the market price of the day., It is ■understood also that every facility will be afforded for shipments of cheese if the Government accepts half the exports at Bd.
