THE"NEW THEATRE.
Mary Pickford, in- the ever-popular presentation, of "Sweet Nell of Old Drury," continues to attract large audiences to the New Theatre. The story, " familiar in our mouths as household words," loses none of its interest by a transference to a lengthy picture film, and, aided by excellent photography and capital acting, 'it makes an eminently successful venture in historical pictures. Included in the supporting programme is a breezy set of John Bull cartoons, touching happily on current topics. To-morrow the second incident of " Stingaree " will be shown.
