THE PICTURE THEATRE, OTAKI.

It will interest the outside world, and occasional visitors to Otaki, to know that the town and district is now provided with one of the most modern picture houses there is in any country town on the coast, and regularly three evenings per week a really excellent programme is provided by the popular proprietor, Mr. W. F. Edwards, who is the sole lessee of what is known as Bright's Hall, which is conveniently situated right in the centre of the town. The building, which was erected three or four years ago, and at that time was described in detail in The Post, is well in advance of' the present day requirements of Otaki. It is beautifully furnished, and possesses every convenience, including an up-to-Hate gallery, supper rooms, ladies'' and gentlemen's cloak and dressing rooms, etc., etc. Travelling _ companies will find this new hall admirably adapted to ;their needs, and can now with perfect confidence include Otaki in their list of dates! Mr. Edwards has an arrangement with! the best film supply company for the regular supply of all the latest and best programmes of moving pictures it is possible to obtain, and the support accorded to him shows that his patrons fully appreciate his enterprising spirit. Mr. Edwards is also lessee of the Town Hall, which he is always prepared to let at a very moderate rent.
