TRADES HALL ART UNION
In another part of this issue the winning numbers' are advertised in connection with the Mayor's Distress Fund and the Trades Hall Building Fund. The art union was drawn last evening at 4he Trades Hall. Mr. A. H. Hindmarsh, M.P., was in the chair, and the proceedings were under the supervision, of the police.
