VICE-REGAL REVIEW.

SATURDAY'S PARADE,

The 9th Reinforcements having been placed on active service, will be inspected by His Excellency the Governor (the Earl of Liverpool) at 11 a.m. tomorrow. The draft will make its first public appearance in the city on Saturday afternoon, when it will engage in a route march through the principal streets. The route to be followed will be Bunny-street, Lambton-quay, Willisstreet, Manners-street, Lower Cubastreet, Jervois-quay, and Waterloo-quay. The column, which, will start off from Bunny-street, will pass Government Buildings at 3.30 sharp, and upon arrival in Waterloo-quay will proceed to quarters. The order of the march, will be :— Mounted Rifles—E Squadron Field Artillery Engineers . Infantry Brigade—C and D Companies Rifle Brigade—E and F Companies Half Advance Party—3rd Battalion, N.Z.R.B. Advance Party-4th Battalion, N.Z. R.B. Mounted Rifles—A, C and D Squadrons i Infantry Brigade—A and B Companies Rifle Brigade—Half Advance Party, 3rd Battalion Divisional Signal Service. The dress oraered is: Service dress, fixed bayonets. A number of bands will participate in the procession, and the Wellington City Garr*on troops will line certain portions of the streets.
