TROUBLE AWAITS THE REICHSTAG
SOCIAL DEMOCRATS IN DETERMINED MOOD
(Received December 3, 9 a.m.) LONDON, 2nd December. It appears, according to the special correspondent of the Daily Telegraph, that trouble awaits the Reichstag, and that the rapidly-crystalising Social Democratic Party has given notice o! the following interpellation: Will the Imperial Chancellor make a statement as to the conditions under which lie will be inclined to enter into peace negotiations? The correspondent adds: "This is no mere formality. The Social Democrats are now in a determined mood, being impelled by ths sufferings of the industrial classes owing to the shortage of food."
