The Wellington Homing Pigeon Club flew its third race from Te Kuiti, an airline distance of 210 miles, resulting as follows :— Mr. G. Priest's Phoebe blue h., No. 388 (996 yds per minute), 1 ; Mr. M. G. Grenside's r.h., No. 381 (995 yds per minute), 2; Mr. G. Perrott's b.c.h., No. 146 (943 yds per minute), 3; Mr. A. C. Clark's blk.c.c. No 122 (897 yds per minute), 4 ; Mr. G. Bolton's b.c.c, No. 347 (896yd 1 ? per minute), 5.
