The first term of the lease will be 21 years, with, a perpetual right of renewal at terms of 14 years at a rent fixed by valuation. Tenderers will tender at an annual rant for the first 21 years. The terms and conditions of tender and the lease to be accepted by the Lessee can be seen at the Board's Office during office hours, and forms of tender can be obtained from the Secretary The lease requires the. erection by the Lessee of buildings within four years to the value of £500. The Lessee will pay all rates, taxes, and outgoings. The rent will be payable half-yearly in advance.
