MR. GEORGE EDWARDES

Mr. George Edwardes, the theatrical manager, whose death is announced, was undermined through hardships during his detention in Germany, where he was undergoing a cure when the war broke out. Leading members of . the profession pay striking tributes to Mr. Edwardes's work for musical comedy.
