LONDON'S NIGHT CLUBS. LONDON, 4th October. The Bishop of London delivered a vigorous denunciation of night clubs in London, declaring that they were mostly the haunts and hunting grounds, of ■"sharks" and loose women. Their existence in war time was a national danger. The London Council for the Promotion of Public Morality has kept the clubs under observation for months, and. is now placing evidence before the authorities.
