BOYS' LEAGUE CRICKET
ST, DAVID'S CLUB. The St. David's (Petone) Cricket Cluß held its annual meeting 'last evening. Mr. H. Green presided over a good attendance of members. Owing to a large number of senior members having enlisted, it was decided not 1 to enter any teams under the v Wellington Association, but to enter two ' in the Boys' League, provided home and away matches could be arranged. The election of officers resulted as follows : — Patron, Rev. A. B. Todd; president, Mr. A. Burd; vicepresidents, Messrs. CL A. Williamson, G. Wilson, J. H. Palmer, J. H. Lynskey, W. G. Lodder, E. Corner, R. M'Connell. H. E. Morris, W. Foster, J. Stewart, J. Cody, H. E. Haggitt, Lieut. A. M. Thomson, and Dr. Ross; secretary, Mr. H. H. Wylie; treasurer, Mr. B. Thomas; management committee, Messrs. E. Ambler, R. Shanahan, J. Wild, and E, Nicholls; club captain, H. Green; senior selector, Mr. E; Ambler; junior selector, Mt. E. Nichoils.
