AUCTION AND PROPERTY SALES
Messrs. E. Johnston and Co. will hold a sale of fumed oak furniture 'in their rooms to-morrow, at 1 o'clock. On Thursday, 3t 1.30 o'clock, they will sell, on the premises, No. 211, Grant-road, the contents of seven room* Messrs. A., L. Wilson and Co. advertise particulars of a sale of household furniture, including upright grand piano, at the residence, 22, Emmersonstreet, on Friday, at 1 p.m. The firm will also offer the property at 2 p.m. Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co. will sell to-morrow, at 2.30 p.m., at their rooms, Featherston-street, in the estate of the late. J. T. P. Morshead, some central investment properties in Knigge'savenue and Windsor-place. On the same day the firm , are submitting a central business site in Ghuznee-street, opposite the Te Aro Post Office. At 2.30 ~p.nj. on Thursday Messrs. C. W. Price -and Co. will sell butcher's stock and fittings, horses and cart, at Main -road, Johnsonville.
