BOMBARDERS OF LIBAU
MEN WHO KNEW THE CITY. PETROGRAD. 2nd February. The crew of ,the Parseval which dropped bombs at\Libau, included two men who had been employed as hairdressers at Libau, also Lieutenant Schenk. a large landowner in Russia, where he conducted a lucrative timber business for the German Government. Schenk refuses to disclose the nature of the orders under which he bombarded the defenceless part of the city.
