PROUD TO REPRESENT THE DOMINION. (Received February 2, 1 p.m.) LONDON, Ist February. Commander Halsey, of H.M.S. New Zealand, telegraphed to New Zealand's High Commissioner (Hon. T. Mackenzie) as follows : "«All aboard are proud of having represented the Dominion, and receiving its appreciation."
