RECEIPTS AND EXPENDITURE. The monthly returns of the city tramways were submitted to the Tramways Committee yesterday afternoon, with the following statement of revenue and expenditure for the four weeks ended Sth January 1916, and comparative bgures for the corresponding period of last year : —
