ANARCHY IN MEXICO
LEGATION IN LONDON CLOSED. LONDON, 26th January. The Mexican Legation in London has I been closed, the Ambassador deciding that General Carranza does not represent the genuine Constitutional Government. Passengers who have arrived at Cadiz from Vera Cruz report that anarchy continues in Mexico. General Carranza's supporters, before 4eaving, looted Vera Cruz, and appropriated a hundred motor-cars and enormous stocks of victuals.
