IMPORTANT TEST CASE. SYDNEY. 27th January. The Court has granted aa interim in* junction restraining the Wharf Labourers' Union from interfering with a wharf labourer named Neils-en, who is a naturalised German, and preventing him from obtaining employment, pending the action Cor £150 damages which i.s being taken m the matter. It is stated that nea.rly two .hundred nßturalused aliens will toe affected by the result of the action. I
